You’ve earned the right to choose what features are important in your assessment tools. Exceptional versatility and outstanding sound quality characterise the 3M™ Littmann® Cardiology III™ Stethoscope.
If you’re looking for versatility, choose this stethoscope. It has two sides which are different sizes – one size larger for adults and the other sizes smaller for paediatrics
Convenience is offered through 3M’s ‘tunable technology’ in the diaphragm on each the larger (adult) and smaller (paediatric) sides. Tunable technology allows you to hear low and high frequency sounds by simply applying light or firm pressure to the chestpiece
Do you prefer a more traditional approach? Convert the diaphragm from a closed-bell to a traditional open bell simply by removing the diaphragm on the paediatric side and installing the nonchill sleeve which is included with purchase
Fewer unwanted rubbing noises are heard because of the special dual-lumen tubing design
Excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit with patented 3M™ Littmann® Snap-Tight Soft Seal Eartips
Expect strong performance with a 9 rating on a 1-10 scale
You won’t hear unwanted “rubbing noises” with its double tube design
Comfortable fit and excellent acoustic seal with patented 3M™ Littmann® Snap-Tight Soft Sealing Eartips
One side sized for adults and the other side sized for paediatrics.
Both the large and small sides allow you to hear either low or high frequency sounds by simply applying varying pressure - light pressure for low sounds or firm pressure for high sounds utilising 3M’s own tunable technology. And, you can easily convert the stethoscope to a traditional open bell style by removing the diaphragm on the paediatric side and installing the rubber nonchill sleeve which is included with purchase.
