Personal Effectiveness: Wednesday 3rd March 2010

  • Increase assertiveness, confidence and adaptability
  • Improve self awareness and how to maximise your potential
  • Increase motivation and encourage a positive attitude

Struan Robertson (Struan Robertson Associates)
Struan specialises in mindset and lifting performance through enhanced thinking. He is a highly experienced speaker working with audiences across the globe and is popular for his direct, simplistic and humourous approach.


Legal Issues affecting Healthcare Practitioners: Thursday 4th March 2010

  • Increasing awareness of legal issues affecting perioperative practitioners
  • Advice on managing complaints and legal proceedings, witness statement production and preparing for interview
  • Improving record keeping and producing unfamiliar documents with confidence

Trainer: Kate Hill (Consultant, InPractice Training)
A qualified solicitor, medical law and ethics specialist with experience in clinical negligence cases.


Communications: Wednesday 12th May 2010
