The technology doesn’t always interest me, but I like to be the facilitator and take people with me. In my industry and business I need to be a bit of a psychologist and sociologist as well,” he explained.
Last year, a survey by the Trades Union Congress estimated that there has been a 13 per cent rise over the past five years in the number of people who do not work solely from an office or standard workplace. It is thought the advancement of technology such as smartphones, high-speed broadband and online cloud storage has helped to allow companies to offer workers more flexible working options.
