Centreless

Centerless grinding is defined as the dimensioning and /or finishing of the outside diameter (OD) of a cylindrical part which is supported on a work rest blade and rotated by a regulating (or feed) head. The abrasive belt direction is downward, against the work piece, giving the tendency to push the work piece into the regulating head, which in turn, forces the work piece into the abrasive belt.

Use 3M™ Trizact™ Belts 953FA and 963FA combining the consistency of 3M Trizact abrasives products with the durability of 3M Cubitron ™Abrasive Grain in the following applications:
