Yes. 3M has an established privacy policy and your data will be considered confidential.
3M eCommunication systems include such security measures as:
Messages can be sent via private VAN networks rather than the Internet.
Messages can be sent via SSL (secure socket layer) with or without client certificates, according to the customer’s preferred security level.
Only authorised 3M internal employees will have access to customer data.

I don't have an account with 3M. How do I become a 3M customer?

3M offers many ways for businesses to become our customer, either directly or via one of our approved trading partners.
Businesses who wish to begin trading with 3M should contact customer services.
Individuals who wish to purchase from 3M can use the Where to Buy tool, or buy directly from 3M Select online store.

Yes. As long as you send your data to us with the correct character encoding, we can process it.

No. If you cannot supply your order in EDI, XML or Excel form we recommend you use Order Centre to place your orders.
