Excel files may be emailed to 3M for order processing only.

Benefits

Excel files are easy to read and edit. Ordering via email and Excel is simple and quick. There is no cost to set up and use this service.

Who should use it?

Customers who are unable to or prefer not to communicate with 3M using EDI or XML can use Excel.

Requirements

A customer must have access to email and Microsoft Excel (any version up to and including Excel 2005). Here is an example order form.

Should you already be capable of generating purchase orders in Excel format from your order system, we can investigate whether we can accept your files as they are.
