3M’s range of construction sealants includes high performance single part MS polymers through to butyl sealant strips and single-sided seam sealing tape.

These easy to apply products will stick to almost any surface as they have a highly aggressive adhesive system. The products provide a perfect seal which helps with achieving your air tightness targets.

Preformed Sealant Strip 5313

5313 is a tacky solid extrusion based on a synthetic rubber. This aggressive adhesive will bond to almost any surface and it has exceptional resilience to any weathering.

3M™ Scotchweld™ 540 Construction Sealant

540 is a single part moisture curing construction sealant which forms permanently elastic bonds. This flexible product is able to bond to a wide variety of different materials making it ideal for many general purpose applications.
