Two-part structural adhesives from 3M™ are designed to provide a very high-strength join between two surfaces with the resulting bond often being as strong as the surfaces they join.

The products are based on epoxy, acrylic or polyurethane chemistry and are able to cure at room temperature. Structural adhesives are dispensed using a handheld or air-powered dispenser with a disposable mixing nozzle which ensures accurate mixing and no waste.

DP490 represents one of the products within the two-part epoxy range of 3M structural Adhesives. DP490 is a black, thixotropic, gap-filling product designed for use where toughness and high-strength are required.

DP810 is one of the two-part acrylic structural adhesives. This adhesive has excellent shear and peel strength along with good impact resistance. Acrylic adhesives quickly bond most materials.

DP610 is a clear non-yellowing polyurethane adhesive. It is a flexible adhesive and is particularly good at bonding glass, painted or primed surfaces.
