3M™ QS2000e Medium Voltage Cable Joints

Our newest product, the QS2000e offers a viable cost-based alternative to heat shrink medium voltage cable jointing technology. This range covers many of the most common medium voltage cable configurations and size ranges unique in the market. The electrode in this case is built up by the jointer using 3M™ Scotch 13 tape and the cold shrink tube does the rest - still no heat or tools needed at all!

Adopted by dozens of power utilities across the world as their preferred medium voltage cable jointing solution, the QS1000/2000/III is our premium line and offers a built in semi-conductive electrode - saving the need to use tape so delivering even more consistency of installation.
