3M™ Scotchkote™ Roofing offer a range of three waterbased waterproofing systems with life to first maintenance of 10 years. These acrylic systems are low odour and like all Scotchkote liquid roofing systems, being water vapour permeable they allow damp substrates to breathe without any loss of adhesion.

• Single component waterbased waterproofing system. Shower resistant in 30 minutes it can be applied with minimal disruption to the buildings function with brush or roller. Poly-Tech 665 (PDF, 60KB)
• Single component waterbased waterproofing system for spray application, as well as brush and roller, making it ideal for large flat or pitched roofs. Poly-Tech CSM 658 (PDF, 61KB)
