Primer Sanding

Apply Apply 3M™ Dry Guide Coat to primed surface.

Hand block repaired area with a 3M™ Hookit™ Abrasive Sheets Multihole 334U .

Sand awkward areas with 3M™ 216U P600/P800 or Sand awkward areas with 3M™ 216U P600/P800 or Soft Back™ Sanding Sponge Superfine.

Re-apply 3M™ Dry Guide Coat. Machine sand area using 3M™ Hookit™ Abrasive Disc P400 for solid colours or P500 for light base coats.

Adjacent panels can be prepared by hand using 3M Scotch-Brite™ with a waterbourne degreaser or by machine using a 3M Scotch-Brite™ Grey Disc.OR By machine using a 3M™ Fine Finishing Abrasive Disc 260L P1000.

Again check repair, blow and wipe all surfaces in preparation for topcoat masking.
