• The 2282E takes advantage of a unique, hydro gel surround and conductive adhesive that ensures the provision of excellent adhesion and trace quality.

• The 9100 Series Diathermy Patient Plates are designed to have a universal function, allowing one size to fit both adult and paediatric patients.
• The 9100 Series is smaller than a traditional plate by an average of 33%, yet just as effective. This universal function has the dual advantage of providing a high quality, universal product which aids the reduction of hospital SKU levels and eases stock storage problems.
• The 9100 Series features 3M’s unique green safety ring technology. This enables a more uniform and safer dispersal of current over the pad’s entire surface which significantly reduces the chances of patient burns.
• The 9100 Series Green Safety Ring also makes the plate placement easier as it can be universally orientated. This means that it can be orientated in any direction in relation to the surgical incision.

3M Defibrillator Pads

• 3M Defib Pads are conductive gel pads that are intended for use as a replacement of gel or cream for the coupling medium between the patients skin and the defibrillator paddles during defibrillation or cardioversion.
• The pads are designed to present a very low potential for irritation or sensitization to the patient’s skin, the solid gel means no residue is left when they are removed and they alleviate the worry over improperly cleaned paddles.
• 3M Defib Pads are bright orange in colour. This high visibility aids proper pad positioning / placement without overlapping.
• 3M Defib Pads are self-contained, eliminating “gel bridging” which can cause severe skin trauma or burns to the patient or operator.
• No gel bridging also ensures that all available energy is delivered to patient, which increases the effectiveness when using defibrillation.
• 3M Defib Pads have a higher success rate equivalent to the lowest resistivity gels and will not cause any pitting or corrosion of the paddles.
• They save time – just open the package, place on the patient and follow the normal defibrillation protocol.
• 3M Defib Pads are easy to remove from patient and require no cleanup; no slippery residue to interfere with the CPR.
