Tegaderm ™ I.V. Dressings
Application of Tegaderm I.V. dressings is based on the original frame delivery system, which ensures accurate positioning of the intravenous dressing and reduces waste. The security is based on the reinforced soft cloth section of the dressing, the two added sterile securing strips and the overall design of the I.V. dressing. These added features ensure the cannula remains in place thus reducing the risk of phlebitis and patient discomfort. The entry site is protected by the trusted Tegaderm film which acts as a barrier to water, virus and bacteria again reducing infection risks.
