• Technical Centre of Excellence for Drug Delivery Systems including inhalation research & development, manufacturing and distribution

Clitheroe, Lancashire

Clinical Nurse Advisors

3M’s teams of Clinical Nurse Advisors have extensive NHS experience and work closely with our Skin & Wound and Infection Prevention customers to support advances in clinical practice and deliver unique education and training packages geared to their needs.

Our purpose-built Centre for Clinical Excellence at Loughborough supports customer training in the latest surgical draping techniques and fracture management procedures in an authentic environment.

Business Development Managers

Our business development team is well versed in the breadth of 3M solutions and can help customers navigate our internal networks to ensure smooth transaction of 3M products and services.

Sales Teams & Technical Specialists

We have over 100 specialist sales and technical staff in the field, providing frontline support to customers across our businesses. This ensures we better understand customer needs and can deliver the right products and services to enhance the quality of patient care.

eProcurement Capability

With a major focus on eEnabling procurement processes, 3M has the capability to support any level of eProcurement integration. We are fully aligned with the NHS Procurement eEnablement Strategy recommendations, and recognise the importance of collaboration in this area to drive efficiencies.

3M has complete flexibility in the way it can connect to customer and distributor systems, making it easy to trade with us. We also have the ability to proactively support electronic catalogues in customer formats, ensuring product data is continuously updated.
