Influencing Through Personal Power

Influencing others without necessarily having authority over them is a vital skill for healthcare professionals. Persuading others to appreciate your point of view and take appropriate action leads to success. This workshop, delivered by an expert training consultant, will help you understand the process of communication and influencing, appreciate how others perceive your behaviour and modify your approach to achieve success.
