The 3M™ Laminating Adhesive 360 can deliver equal or greater shear and peel strength than other thicker tapes. For the many OEMs designing thinner products using lighter weight materials, there are many advantages:
High initial tack (Quick-stick) for fast secure assembly with a range of High Surface Energy Substrates (HSE) and Low Surface Energy (LSE) substrates.
Suitable for materials including glass, ABS and hard to bond PP, HDPE, LDPE, Nylon and Powder Coated or UV Painted surfaces.
Thinner bond lines achieved using Double Coated Tape and Adhesive Transfer Tape formats with 50 – 130µ Micron.
Heat resistance up to 180°c (350°F) and resistant to solvents and harsh environments.
