Marker Series 290 Surface Mounted Reflecting Road Stud
The Marker Series 290 reflecting road stud can be surface mounted, or combined with a 301 metal housing developed by our partners and road stud distributors, Roadcraft Safety Products and Fleming & Company. Easy to install in both formats, the 290 reflective road stud is a bright, extremely hard wearing and damage resistant road stud
Summary
The surface mounted Marker Series 290 has proven itself in many countries throughout the world and can be used on all asphalt and concrete roads, although care should be taken if the stud is being considered for use in areas of high traffic levels.
The Marker Series 290 prismatic reflective lens, which is protected by an abrasion resistant coating, offers excellent reflectivity and visibility in all weather conditions and has achieved the highest ratings for night time visibility in BS EN 1463. The easily and quickly applied polycarbonate stud body is specifically designed to deliver excellent durability and dissipate impact forces.
Marker Series 290 Combined with 301 Metal Housing
The Marker Series 290 is compatible with the established Roadcraft/Fleming 301 metal casting, creating an innovative and robust embedded non-depressible road stud. Combined, these products are designed to provide excellent long life performance in all weather conditions and on all roads, including those with very high levels of traffic. The 290/301 road stud is easily installed using traditional vertical milling equipment and is supplied complete with the reflector already fitted.
