Both the Stamark 710 and 711 tapes are retro-reflective in both wet and dry conditions thanks to a mixture of ceramic beads. The highly visible road marking tapes can be applied to all types of road surfaces including asphalt and concrete. The adhesive used requires no primer or special preparation, so the tapes can be applied quickly and directly onto the road surface with minimal effort, and a little light pressure.
