Terms and Conditions
- Entry to the prize draw is free by completing the entry form and sending it with your drawing.
- There is one prize available per month. The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants on the first week of every month.
- Entries are limited to one per person per month. You can therefore send a new drawing each month.
- Entries become the property of 3M Health Care Limited and the winning drawing will be displayed on www.3m.com/opticlude with the name, age and city of the entrant.
- The winner will be notified within 21 days of the draw.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize.
- Drawings submitted for entry into the prize draw are non returnable.
- Participation is conditional upon acceptance of these prize draw rules.
- This draw is organised by 3M Health Care Limited, 3M House, Morley Street, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 1EP.
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Information about you which you disclose to 3M Health Care Limited will be kept confidential. Occasionally, companies within the 3M group of companies or business partners may process this information on 3M Health Care Limited’s behalf under conditions of confidentiality. 3M Health Care Limited will keep this information to enable it to properly and effectively administer and monitor the prize draw.
