Wall of Fame

We have added in the Wall of Fame to our Opticlude website! We will upload the children’s artwork to our wall if they send in their colouring sheets to us with the Opticlude patch they were wearing. Terms and conditions apply.*

Print and colour in one of these pictures or draw a picture of yourself wearing your eye patch. You can be as creative as you like - there are no limits. Just remember to stick the eye patch on the picture to show us you wore your eye patch while making your masterpiece!

We now offer certificates to children who fill in all the boxes of their sticker charts to motivate them to continue patching and award them for their hard work during the month!

When you have filled in all the boxes on your sticker chart you will need to fill in the Parent’s name, Address, Child’s name and month of patching in the back of the chart then send the sticker chart to:

1. Entry to the wall of fame is free by completing the entry form and sending it with your drawing and 3M Opticlude Eye patch.
2. Information about you which you disclose to 3M Health Care Limited will be kept confidential. Occasionally, companies within the
3M group of companies or business partners may process this information on 3M Health Care Limited’s behalf under conditions of confidentiality.
3. Entries become the property of 3M Health Care Limited and the picture submitted will be displayed on www.3m.com/opticlude with the name of the entrant.
4. Drawings submitted for entry are non returnable.
