The IMS Master controls the complete intelligent management system hardware. It is attached at the top of the hierarchy to the panel scanners directly or through IMS Expanders and is the interface to the Intelligent Management System software.

We have a wide range of hardware that when combined with our software makes up the total intelligent management system. The IMS Master is the apex of the hierachy and has the ability to view the entire system. The master controls all the underlying scanners that manage the scanning algorithm. The expander and master expander expand on the capabilitis of the IMS master. Scanners and mini scanners are mounted in the connectivity racks in communications rooms. They are attached to the copper or fibre IMS patch panels using scanner attachment cords.
