Low Odour Cyanoacrylate

A low bloom, low viscosity and low odour cyanoacrylate that will not attack low-density foams such as expanded polystyrene. It is recommended for it’s close fitting part and wicking abilities.

Key Features

Due to the fact that white residues of the join area are eliminated, this product comes highly recommended for applications where cosmetic appearance is important

The low odour feature of this cyanoacrylate improves worker comfort in areas where ventilation is limited, thus reducing the requirement for sophisticated ventilation systems that may be necessary when dispensing other cyanoacrylates.

Product Use

Thanks to its good gap-filling capabilities, this product is idea for bonding and general-purpose use. It can also be used as a wicking adhesive to provide bonding of pre-assembled parts.

Surface Insensitive Cyanoacrylate

This product bonds rough, porous, contaminated and acidic substrates including wood, cardboard, veneer, fabric, cork and leather. It is frequently used for applications where a very fast cure speed is required.

Key Features

This surface insensitive cyanoacrylate is available in a full range of viscosities including a thixotropic gel which is ideal for gap-filling applications. It relies less on surface moisture for cure speed than standard cyanoacrylates and is recommended for use on close-fitting parts and smooth, even surfaces.

Product Use

This multi-purpose adhesive has been designed for high-strength applications and is ideal for bonding plastics, rubbers, wood, leather and metals. Its gel formation can be used for bonding poorly mating components and for porous substrates such as china and other ceramics. It is also suitable for use on vertical surfaces as it will not drip or slump.

Cyanoacrylate Primers & Activators

Our cyanoacrylate primers & activators are designed to enhance cure speeds, act as an instant adhesive activator and aid difficult-to-bond materials.

Key Features

Cyanoacrylate activators enhance cure speeds on porous and acidic surfaces and difficult to bond polyethylene and polypropylene plastics. This is particularly useful for the fast cure of thick bond lines and in bonding situations where the absorption of a lower viscosity cyanoacrylate into a porous substrate needs to be curtailed. They are non-flammable, instantly adhesive activators that aid bonding to low surface energy plastic substrates.

Our cyanoacrylate primers are designed for difficult-to-bond, low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene and PTFE. They also help to bind elastometric materials such as silicone.

Product Use

These products are suitable for use on insensitive plastics, cosmetically critical bond lines and medical applications.
